METLEN Energy & Metals PLC (“METLEN”or the “Company”) announces that, at the request of its external auditors, the publication of its financial results for the 2025 fiscal year is postponed by nine (9) calendar days.
The Company’s external auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS S.A., require additional time to complete the standard audit procedures on the Company’s first financial statements as a company dual-listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX).
The Company confirms its guidance regarding expected EBITDA for 2025, which is estimated at approximately €750 million, in line with its previous communication on February 6.
METLEN will publish its financial results for the 2025 fiscal year on April 9, 2026.
