  1. Users of the euro2day.gr website owned by Media2Day Publishing S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") fully accept the following Terms of Service and acknowledge that they will be bound by them each time they use the above website. The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service at any time by announcing the amendments on the website. Continued use of the website by the User after the announcement of the amendments implies full acceptance of them.
  2. The information provided by the company "Media2Day Publishing S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") through the website euro2day.gr may be used for informational purposes only and not for commercial, investment, or other purposes. Under no circumstances may it be construed as an offer, advice, recommendation to buy or sell the securities of any company mentioned on the website, or as an encouragement to make any form of investment. The Company does not assess or evaluate the information and is not responsible for any commercial or investment decisions made on the basis of this information.
  3. The above information comes from sources that are available to the public and are generally considered reliable, and the Company makes every effort to verify its validity and timeliness.   10. This agreement is governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction to hear any dispute or controversy that may arise hereunder.
