REAL CONSULTING S.A. announces that IREON INVESTMENTS LTD’s percentage of voting rights in REAL CONSULTING S.A., following a stock exchange transaction carried out on April 24, 2026 (the transaction date), has increased to 10.03% from 8.40% previously.
Prior to the transaction date, the subsidiary of IREON INVESTMENTS LTD, operating under the name IREON VENTURES LTD, held 0.07% of the voting rights of REAL CONSULTING S.A. IREON INVESTMENTS LTD and IREON VENTURES LTD are based in Cyprus.
MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. is a controlling shareholder within the meaning of Article 3(1)(c) of Law 3556/2007 of IREON INVESTMENTS LTD and indirectly controls a total of 10.10% of the voting rights of REAL CONSULTING BUSINESS IT SOLUTIONS S.A.
According to MOTOR OIL’s previous disclosure on February 9, 2026, its indirect stake in the Company’s voting rights amounted to 7.077%
