The Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies (EAEE) held a meeting with the Hellenic Association of Loss Adjusters (HALA) with the aim of strengthening cooperation and modernizing the management of insurance claims in the property and casualty sectors.
According to a press release, the discussion focused the critical role of the general insurance adjuster, as a key pillar for the smooth functioning of the insurance market and the strengthening of policyholders’ confidence at the critical moment when a risk materializes.
Particular emphasis was placed on the need for continuous training and specialization of professionals in the sector, so that they can meet modern demands and challenges, ensuring the provision of high-quality services to policyholders.
At the same time, the challenges currently facing the profession were discussed, such as the increased complexity of claims and the need for speed and accuracy in their assessment.
In its announcement, the Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies (EAEE) notes that it consistently seeks to develop partnerships and support initiatives that strengthen the reliability, transparency, and efficiency of the insurance market.
