- on 04/23/2026, the sale of 300,000 common registered voting shares of Real Consulting with a total value of €1,410,000, i.e., €4.70 per share
- on 04/24/2026, the sale of 500,000 common registered voting shares of Real Consulting with a total value of €3,000,000, or €6.00 per share
“KPC S.A. PROVIDER OF ACCOUNTING, TAX, FINANCIAL, AND CONSULTING SERVICES, HOLDINGS, AND REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS,” a legal entity affiliated with Ms. Paraskevi Konstantakou, wife of Mr. Ioannis Papavasileiou, an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Real Consulting, sold on April 23, 2026, 100,000 common registered voting shares of Real Consulting with a total value of €470,000, or €4.70 per share.
Mr. Konstantinos Lambrou, who serves as an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors and a Member of the Audit Committee, proceeded on April 23,2026, purchased 100,000 common registered voting shares of Real Consulting with a total value of €470,000, or €4.70 per share.
