A record number of applications was recorded this year on the platform of the DYPA Social Tourism Program, confirming the significantly increased interest among citizens and the need for meaningful support and access to quality vacations.
Specifically, applications exceeded 800,000. Of this year’s total applications, 300,000 vouchers will be issued, with the aim of assisting as many eligible recipients as possible, as well as supporting domestic tourism, the DYPA announcement emphasizes.
It is noted that last year, applications totaled 535,864, of which 132,590 have been used to date, as the program is still ongoing.
Meanwhile, the platform for the OAEE Pensioners’ Social Tourism program opened today and will remain open until May 13, offering the opportunity for even more of our fellow citizens to participate.
“The increased participation is a sign of trust in DYPA’s programs and, at the same time, reinforces the agency’s commitment to continuously upgrading and expanding the services it provides.
DYPA continues to systematically and consistently implement policies that strengthen social cohesion and make a meaningful impact on citizens’ daily lives,” concludes the DYPA announcement.
