Thanasis Paltadakis assumes the role of Managing Director, having served as Chief Financial Officer of Randstad Greece for more than sixteen years. With his deep knowledge of the company and the market, he will lead the next phase of Randstad’s growth in Greece, succeeding one of Randstad’s most successful executives globally,Leigh Ostergard, who has held the role of Managing Director since 1999 and is inextricably linked to the company’s growth in Greece.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, auditing, and strategic accounting, he has held various senior leadership positions at leading audit firms, insurance companies, and banks in Greece and abroad. He possesses significant expertise and is responsible for strengthening the company’s financial governance in the Greek market.
