PPC offers immediate technical support for emergency breakdowns at short-term rental properties and hotels up to 55 kVA through its new service, FixItBnB, which provides 24/7 access to specialized technicians, allowing property owners and managers to feel secure by having immediate access to an electrician, plumber, natural gas boiler technician, or locksmith at any time of day.
According to the relevant press release, through new services and personalized technology and energy products, and by systematically improving the customer experience at all service points, PPC reaffirms its role as a modern Powertech Group that leverages technology, data, and expertise to offer more advanced, more human-centered, and more practical solutions to its customers.
Fault management with immediate response
In the event of a breakdown, activating the service triggers the immediate dispatch of a technician, with coverage of up to 400 euros per visit and up to four visits per year. Support is provided 24 hours a day, year-round. The service covers four key specialties—electrician, plumber, locksmith, and natural gas burner technician—which address the most common needs of a short-term rental property.
Fixed cost and additional coverage
FixItBnB has a one-year term and is available for €7.40 per month, though it can only be activated in combination with residential or commercial electricity products from PPC.
The package includes complimentary Civil Liability insurance through Ethniki Insurance, which is mandatory for operating short-term rental accommodations, enhancing the level of protection for owners and managers of short-term rental properties and hotels up to 55 kVA.
In case of an urgent technical need, a 24-hour hotline (210-3497020) is available, through which the incident is recorded and a technician is dispatched immediately
