BAT Hellas received an honorary award from CSR Hellas in recognition of its 20 years of active participation and ongoing contribution to the promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability in Greece.
According to the relevant press release, this recognition by CSR Hellas, the institutional representative of the Greek business community in the field of sustainability, confirms BAT Hellas’s consistent role as an organization that systematically invests in initiatives that have an impact on local communities, the environment, and vulnerable groups.
Since 2004, BAT Hellas has developed a coherent and long-term Corporate Responsibility program, aligned with the Group’s vision to create A Better Tomorrow.
Through collaboration with institutions, NGOs, municipalities, and a host of other organizations, the company has implemented innovative initiatives that promote, among other things, social inclusion and reintegration, the empowerment of vulnerable groups, access to education and employment, environmental protection, and sustainable urban development.
