Piraeus Bank is participating as a Key Partner in the Panathēnea 2026 innovation festival, which will take place from May 27 to 29, 2026, at the Zappeion Hall, bringing together over 10,000 representatives of the international innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment ecosystem.
Piraeus Bank’s participation in the event is part of its EQUALL Corporate Responsibility strategy and highlights the Bank’s steadfast commitment to fostering innovation, youth entrepreneurship, and the development of opportunities for the younger generation.
According to the relevant press release, during Panathēnea 2026, Piraeus Bank will have a presence with a specially designed booth, where Bank executives and 7 teams from the Piraeus Startup Accelerator willpresent the program’s activities and opportunities, offering visitors the opportunity to learn about and network with the innovation ecosystem supported by the Bank.
Through the Piraeus Startup Accelerator, Piraeus Bank implements a comprehensive support framework for startups and innovative teams, providing access to mentoring, training, networking, and tools for developing business ideas.
The program places particular emphasis on strengthening regional innovation and connecting the academic and research community with the market, with initiatives in cities across the Greek regions, such as Patras, Ioannina, Xanthi, Komotini, and Alexandroupoli.
Panathēnea is one of the most important innovation events in Greece, bringing together startups, investors, technology companies, and organizations from Greece and abroad.
