SPACE HELLAS hereby announces to the investing public that, with regard to item 2 of the agenda set forth in the notice of the annual general meeting, which was published today (May 21, 2026), the Board of Directors has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the payment of a dividend of 0.16 euros per share.
