The procedure for submitting and reviewing requests to “remove overlaps” of agricultural parcels under the 2025 Single Application for Aid has been updated.
The deadline for submitting requests is Friday, May 29, 2026. Requests, along with the necessary supporting documents, must be submitted to the relevant Regional Directorates of Audits and Aid and Prefectural Units of the General Directorate of Audits, Aid, and Payments (GDAP) of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR).
This procedure applies to cases where an overlap of agricultural parcels has been identified through a spatial cross-check in the OPIS WEB GIS of the OPISEAE, with error code 53101.
Please note that:
- Changes to the declared geometry of the agricultural parcels are not permitted.
- The AADE does not rule on issues of ownership or property rights, which are resolved by the competent bodies and judicial authorities.
The review of applications will be conducted by the competent authorities based on the supporting documents submitted regarding the digitization of agricultural parcels in the WEB GIS. Once their application has been processed, producers will be notified electronically of the status of their application and, depending on the outcome of the review, will be included in the upcoming payments.
