The Apokoronas Development Company has received the green light for a new storage and distribution center in Western Attica, as the Region of Attica has approved the environmental permit for the facility in Mandra.
The company operates in the supply chain sector, with the new hub dedicated to the storage and distribution of bottled water, soft drinks, beverages, and vinegars, thereby strengthening its presence in the logistics market.
The facility is located in Xiropigado, an area that is emerging as a key hub for storage and transshipment infrastructure in Attica. According to the decision, the facility is classified as a storage facility with a volume of 30,000 cubic meters, which places it within the category of organized logistics infrastructure subject to specific environmental obligations.
ETANAP, the company behind the “Samaria” natural mineral water brand, reported consolidated revenue of €20.85 million for the 2024 fiscal year, up from €18.31 million in 2023, marking an increase of nearly 14%. Net profit after taxes stood at €3.89 million, up from €3.22 million a year earlier.
The company, founded in 1978 in Chania and active in the bottling of water, soft drinks, and juices, further strengthened its production base. This was achieved through new investments and the expansion of its portfolio, including the production of mineral water under the brand name “Lefka Ori.”
The gross profit margin improved, while equity exceeded €26.8 million. In fiscal year 2024, the company employed 66 people, up from 59 in 2023, as it expanded its commercial footprint into hotels, supermarkets, and wholesale trade.
