Elton Chemicals announced to the Stock Exchange that the building housing the offices leased by its subsidiary, ELTON CORPORATION L.L.C., in Kyiv, Ukraine, was hit by a missile attack, resulting in solely property damage to the company’s offices.
As noted, the incident occurred outside of business hours.
The subsidiary continues to operate without interruption from its newly leased offices.
It is clarified that the subsidiary’s merchandise is stored in a separate location and has not sustained any damage.
