A new company with substantial initial capital and a focus on real estate, hotel investments, and hospitality was established just a few hours ago.
The company is SILIA Holdings & Real Estate, a single-member limited liability company (IKE), which was established with an initial capital of 6 million euros.
The sole shareholder is Stelios Lavrentios Ferris, a former major shareholder of Everest and former minority shareholder of Chipita, who contributed the entire capital. Theodora Ferris has taken over the management of the company.
In addition to real estate investment and holding services, the company’s objectives include hotel services, accommodations, catering services, administrative support for hospitality activities, and real estate development for its own use.
