Alpha Bank S.A. announces that, according to the notification dated May 22, 2026, from Verition Fund Management LLC (“Verition”), the latter has held, as of May 21, 2026, shares as well as financial products which, subject to cash settlement, correspond to 0.52% of the total voting rights of Alpha Bank.
