Announcement of the 2025 Annual Financial Results and publication of the 2025 Annual Financial Report, in accordance with applicable legislation, on the Company’s website (www.gekterna.com) and the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr): Tuesday, April 7, 2026, after the close of trading on the Athens Stock Exchange.
Annual Analyst Briefing: Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. GR Time (CEST+1).
Announcement of Q1 2026 financial results: Tuesday, June 2, 2026, prior to the opening of the Euronext Athens trading session.
Annual General Meeting: Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
Ex-dividend date: Tuesday, June 30, 2026, a date subsequent to June 19, 2026, which marks the expiration date of the Futures Contracts (FCs) traded on the derivatives market with the Company’s shares as the underlying security.
Record date: Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Dividend payment start date: Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the distribution of a dividend of €0.40 per share for the fiscal year 2025.
The decision to pay a dividend, as well as the ex-dividend and payment dates, are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The Company reserves the right to change the dates of the Financial Calendar after first informing the investing public in a timely manner.
