Cenergy Holdings S.A. (the Company) hereby announces to the investing public that the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders, held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, resolved to approve the annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, including the appropriation of earnings and the distribution of a gross* dividend of €0.26 per share.
The record date for dividend eligibility is Tuesday, June 23, 2026 (the ex-dividend date is Monday, June 22, 2026).
The dividend payment date is Wednesday, June 24, 2026, via ING Belgium.
For shareholders whose shares are traded on Euronext Athens and held in the Euronext Securities Athens depository, the dividend payment will be made through the Operators of the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS), once the amounts have been paid to the Operators by the Euronext Securities Athens depository.
