According to Joint Ministerial Decision No. 189973 EX 2024/16.12.2024 (Government Gazette B’ 6894), as currently in force, the deadline for enrollment in the “My Home II” Program is May 31, 2026.
After May 31, 2026:
- new applications for the “My Home II” program will not be approved, and
- the online issuance of eligibility certificates for the “My Home II” program via the Single Digital Portal of Public Administration (gov.gr – EPP) will be suspended.
Please note that, for the “My Home II” Program, the deadline for signing a loan agreement between beneficiaries and the bank remains August 31, 2026.
Interested citizens are urged to complete the procedures for issuing an eligibility certificate, submitting an application for inclusion, and signing a loan agreement in a timely manner before the respective deadlines.
