Ex-dividend date: July 20, 2026
Record Date: July 21, 2026
Commencement Date of Payment of Dividend for Fiscal Year 2025: July 27, 2026
The Company’s Board of Directors will propose a dividend of €0.35 at the Annual General Meeting .
In the event of any changes to the above dates, the Company will promptly notify investors.
It should be noted that the above dates regarding the dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
