The Lavipharm S.A. announces the completion of the transaction for the acquisition of the Marketing Authorizations, trademarks, and commercial exploitation and manufacturing rights for DUROGESIC® from Janssen Global Services LLC, which was announced on April 9, 2026, following the unconditional approval of the transaction by the competent Competition Authority.
