TZIRAKIAN PROFILA.E. announces that following the transaction notification dated 05/27/2026 submitted to the Company, Mr. Lybaret Tzirakian, son of Aris, in his capacity as a person subject to disclosure obligations (Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors), proceeded to purchase, from May 18, 2026, through May 27, 2026, 7,500 common registered voting shares through an individual investment account, as well as 7,500 common registered voting shares of the Company through a joint investment account, with Mr. Thomas Tzirakian of Aris as a co-beneficiary, through the Athens Stock Exchange, for a total amount of 29,390 euros.
As of May 27, 2026, Mr. Lymparet Tzirakian, son of Aris, holds a total of 498,300 common registered voting shares, representing 16.35% of the Company’s total voting rights.
