With the new three-year Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the period 2026–2028, the Company is establishing a modern and strengthened framework for labor protection, stability, and prospects, which responds to the current needs of employees and the challenges of the new era, as noted in a related announcement.
The new Collective Bargaining Agreement is the result of substantive dialogue, cooperation, and joint efforts between the Company and the National Insurance Employees’ Association, and it maintains all existing benefits while enriching them new initiatives and significant improvements that enhance the daily lives of employees and their families.
Specifically, in addition to wage increases and targeted financial assistance, the new agreement includes upgraded as well as new benefits that address various aspects of employees’ lives. Among other things, the maternity allowance is being increased , support for medically assisted reproduction procedures is being introduced, and financial assistance is being provided to workers with dependents.
At the same time, coverage for daycare centers and preschools is being expanded until the children complete their schooling, while provisions for colleagues with disabilities or visual impairments are strengthened, actively promoting inclusion and equal opportunities in the workplace.
At the same time, the new CBA addresses the challenges of the digital age, laying the groundwork for a safe, modern, and humane work environment. In a period of rapid technological transition, provisions for the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence are incorporated, ensuring that it will function as a tool for empowering, supporting, and developing employees, rather than as a mechanism to replace the human factor. This strategy is supported by continuous training and skills development programs, as well as measures that enhance job stability and protection.
