The publiclimited company under the name“ELASTRON S.A. – STEEL PRODUCTS” and the trade name “ELASTRON S.A.” (hereinafter, the “Company”), in accordance with Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014, and paragraph 4.1.1(6) of the Athens Exchange Regulation, hereby informs the investing public that its wholly-owned subsidiary, METALLIC PRODUCTS OF NORTHERN GREECE S.A. S.A., proceeded yesterday, on May 28, 2026, to sell an industrial property located in the Sindos Industrial Zone of Thessaloniki, for a total consideration of €8.4 million.
