HELLENiQ ENERGY announces the opening of applications for the second cycle of “Empowering Future Leaders, ” a young talent development program that enables graduates to launch their careers at one of the largest energy groups in Southeast Europe.
Following the first cycle, during which young professionals joined the Group and are already actively contributing to critical areas of operation, HELLENiQ ENERGY continues to vigorously invest in the next generation and the leaders of tomorrow.
According to the relevant press release, the Program offers two years of professional experience in strategic energy sectors, participation in major international and demanding projects, and continuous mentoring from experienced Group executives.
The “Empowering Future Leaders” program is aimed at university graduates from Greece and abroad, with up to two years of professional experience, who wish to develop in a dynamic and international work environment and actively contribute to the energy transition and sustainable development.

Participants can choose one of the program’s four tracks—Engineering, Corporate, Commercial, and Digital/IT—and then work toward clear deliverables, gaining valuable experience across the entire energy sector.
Through a comprehensive skills development framework, young professionals enhance both their technical knowledge and critical professional skills, gaining access to the broad business ecosystem of HELLENiQ ENERGY and the Group’s companies, such as EKO, Enerwave, HELLENiQ Petroleum, and HELLENiQ Renewables.
