Beneficiaries filing an online appeal must clearly state the reason for the appeal, in relation to the reason for rejection (e.g., incorrect scoring, fulfillment of participation requirements, etc.) and must substantiate their claims by attaching electronically scanned supporting documents to their appeal that prove the above.
