On April 9, 2026, the Company announced that the Board of Directors had approved the payment of an interim and final dividend of €1.00 per common share for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
The final dividend was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The dividend will be paid on Thursday, July 16, 2026, to holders of common shares of record at the close of business on Friday, June 26, 2026 (dividend record date: June 25, 2026).
Following the capital reduction implemented by the Company on November 17, 2025, the Company created additional distributable reserves, which may be used to return value to shareholders, including the approved final dividend.
As the Company is a tax resident of Greece and for the purposes of Greek Law 4172/2013 and Greek Law 5162/2024, the final dividend is expected to be treated as a return of share capital for both Greek corporate income tax and Greek withholding tax purposes.
Therefore, each shareholder should consult their personal tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of any amount received from the Company in their country of tax residence.
