Further to the announcement dated April 2, 2026, the company named “INTERTEK S.A. – INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES,” in order to ensure the continuous, timely, and accurate disclosure of information to the investing public and in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 8 of Article 27 of Law 4443/2016 and Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (MAR) on the disclosure of inside information, issues this announcement to inform the investing public regarding inside information.
The Company announces that on May 28, 2026, it entered into a definitive purchase and sale agreement for the property on which its headquarters is currently located, within the Municipal Community of Elliniko of the Municipal Unit of Elliniko in the Municipality of Elliniko – Argyroupoli in the Regional Unit of South Athens of the Region of Attica, located at 73 Rizountos Street and 24 Aphrodite Street (the “Property”), for a total purchase price of five million nine hundred fifty thousand euros (€5,950,000).
