“DEI”announces that, following a relevant notification received on May 29, 2026, from the company “CVC Capital Partners plc” (CVC plc), as a result of a corporate event (DEI’s share capital increase) on May 26, 2026:
a) the entity indirectly controlled by it, Selath Holdings S.à r.l., directly holds 38,200,000 shares of PPC, corresponding to 6.39% of PPC’s total voting rights, down from 10.34% on December 13, 2024, and
b) Aeolus Holdings S.à r.l., which is indirectly controlled by CVC Capital Partners IX Limited (which is indirectly controlled by CVC plc) Aeolus Holdings S.à r.l. directly holds 64,412,238 shares of PPC, corresponding to 10.78% of PPC’s total voting rights, up from 0%,
that is, a total of 102,612,238 shares of DEH, corresponding to 17.17% of DEH’s total voting rights.
