ALPHA TRUST – ANDROMEDA Portfolio Investment Company announces the following details regarding the offering price of the new shares to be issued due to the reinvestment of dividends from the distribution of profits for the fiscal year 2025 and prior fiscal years, with a corresponding increase in its share capital:
The Company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 21, 2026, determined that the offering price of the aforementioned new shares shall be equal to the average of the first five daily volume-weighted average share prices (VWAP) during the exercise period of the right to reinvest dividends from the 2025 fiscal year and prior fiscal years (i.e., from May 27, 2026, to June 3, 2026), reduced by 1% (discount rate), as previously announced.
Based on the above calculation method and the stock’s volume-weighted average price from May 27, 2026, through June 3, 2026, the offering price of the new shares is €8.35.
