Journalist Thanasis Koukakis, through his attorney Zacharias Kesses, filed a new motion requesting that the wiretapping case be taken off the docket and the relevant case file be reexamined, following Tal Dillian’s statements to the press.
It should be noted that Tal Dillian is the founder of Intellexa, a company that sells spyware.
Furthermore, Mr. Koukakis requests that the four convicted individuals be summoned to testify and submit new documents following Tal Dillian’s statements, and at the same time, he requests that five individuals who are executives of the company Intellexa be summoned , “who are not defendants and can provide critical evidence in the case.”
