Premia Properties announces that at the meeting of bondholders convened for today, Tuesday, June 9, 2026, Meeting of the bondholders of the bond loan issued pursuant to the Common Bond Loan Issuance Program dated January 12, 2022, for up to €100,000,000, and the Agreement for the Appointment of a Representative of the Bondholders (hereinafter the “Common Bond Issuance Program”) bond issue, which was convened at the Company’s headquarters at 59 Vasilissis Sofias Avenue, 11521, Athens, the quorum required for decision-making on the sole item on the agenda was not achieved, as bondholder lenders representing 27.89% of the total outstanding principal of the KOD.
In accordance with the provisions of the KOD Program and the May 26, 2026 Invitation to the KOD Bondholders’ Meeting, the Bondholders’ Meeting will be reconvened on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., as detailed in the Invitation dated May 26, 2026.
It is reminded that those who appear as bondholders in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) managed by “Euronext Securities Athens S.A.” or those identified as such through registered intermediaries or other intermediaries, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, at the start of the fifth (5th) day prior to the meeting date of the initial Meeting of Bondholders, i.e., June 4, 2026 (Record Date), without the need to block their bonds.
