Significant new features and functional improvements are now available in the myDATAapp mobile app (version 1.0.18.29).
As noted in the relevant announcement, the new update enhances the digital modernization of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue’s services and facilitates the smooth integration of businesses into the obligations of Phase B of Digital Inventory Management.
The new version is enhanced with features related to both the issuance of inventory movement documents and their digital tracking and traceability (via QR code scanning or by selecting the appropriate button).
This ensures full compliance with the current tax framework, while—in conjunction with the postponement of the mandatory implementation date for Phase B—it provides businesses with an extended trial period under real-world conditions. Specifically:
1. Digital inventory management: new functionalities
- New types of Movement Documents are added: 9.1-Related Shipping Note, 9.2-Consolidated Shipping Note, and 10.2-Quantitative Receipt Note.
- The ability to issue a Shipping Note marked “Reverse Movement” is provided for type 9.3 documents.
- Support is provided for the transmission of documents with a lost connection for types 9.1, 9.2, and 10.2.
- The transmission of Packaging Item data for movement documents is enabled.
- The ability to enter and associate multiple MARK codes with issued movement documents is provided.
- The entry of the Movement Purpose is supported at the line item level, and a new movement purpose, “Other Movements,” has been added.
- Phase II functionalities for digital monitoring and traceability of movement are integrated, which include:
- Start of transport
- Transshipments by Carrier
- Delivery by Carrier (full, partial, or no delivery)
- Completion of receipt by Recipient
2. New “Favorites” feature
Users can now add documents to their “Favorites” so they can easily and immediately reissue them through the app.
