The criminal case file against Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis and government spokesperson Pavlos Marinakis has been submitted to Parliament, following a lawsuit filed by Zoi Konstantopoulou.
The transfer of the case file was officially announced by the Parliament’s Presidium, which means that the procedure provided for in Article 86 of the Constitution regarding ministerial responsibility must now begin, as both individuals are ministers.
Ms. Konstantopoulou had filed a lawsuit for defamation following their statements regarding allegations by a former employee of Plefsi Eleftherias concerning non-payment of her accrued wages.
