LAMDA Development S.A. hereby informs investors, in accordance with Clause 9.3 of the Terms and Conditions of the Company’s Common Bond Issue dated July 6, 2020 (the Common Bond Loan Program), that the Company’s Board of Directors, by its resolution dated May 22, 2026, approved the exercise of the right to early redemption of the entire principal amount of the Bonds, upon the expiration of the 12th Interest Period, by paying the Bondholders the amounts provided for in accordance with Clause 9.3 of the KOD Program, namely the nominal principal amount of each Bond to be redeemed, plus accrued interest and other Expenses and Taxes, i.e., the amount of 1,017.09444444 euros per Bond.
The Company irrevocably undertakes to pay the aforementioned amount of the Debt on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, i.e., upon the expiration of the 12th Interest Period.
Following the full and complete repayment of the Bonds, including any unpaid accrued interest plus Expenses and Taxes, the fully and completely repaid Bonds are delisted in accordance with the Operating Rules of Euronext Securities Athens.
