Due to increased interest, the deadline for submitting applications for the second cycle of the “Empowering Future Leaders” Employment Program, implemented by HELLENiQ ENERGY, has been extended until Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
"Empowering Future Leaders" is aimed at university graduates from Greece and abroad, with up to two years of professional experience, who wish to launch their careers and grow in a dynamic international work environment and actively contribute to the energy transition and sustainable development.
The Program offers two-year employment in strategic energy sectors, participation in major projects, and ongoing mentorship from experienced executives within the group.
With the launch of the second cycle of “Empowering Future Leaders,” HELLENiQ ENERGY continues to invest in the next generation, with the goal of cultivating the leaders of tomorrow. Participants can choose one of the program’s four tracks, which include: Engineering, Commercial, Corporate, and Digital/IT.

Final selection is made through a carefully structured evaluation process, and new graduates will be able to grow from day one, integrated into the HELLENiQ ENERGY ecosystem and its subsidiaries, such as EKO, Enerwave, HELLENiQ Petroleum, and HELLENiQ Renewables.
