YALCO announces that, following a relevant notification it received, Socrates Konstantinou, CEO and shareholder of the company, established a pledge on June 12, 2026, over 657,000 voting rights attached to his registered common shares.
Following the above transaction, Mr. Socrates Konstantinou holds 1,969,773 common registered shares and voting rights, representing a 14.93% stake in the total of 13,191,620 shares.
