LIMBAR. TZIRAKIAN PROFIL Pipe Works S.A. (hereinafter “the Company”) announces that, in accordance with the provisions of European Regulation 596/2014 and the European Commission Regulations implementing it, as well as applicable legislation in general, and following the transaction notification dated 06/10/2026, Mr. Lymparet Tzirakian of Aris, in his capacity as a person subject to the obligations (Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors), proceeded to purchase, from May 29, 2026, through June 5, 2026, 10,500 common registered voting shares through an individual investment account, as well as 4,500 common registered voting shares of the Company through a joint investment account, with Mr. Thomas Tzirakian of Aris as a co-beneficiary, through the Athens Stock Exchange, for a total amount of 28,899 euros.
As of June 5, 2026, Mr. Lymparet Tzirakian, son of Aris, holds a total of 513,300 common registered voting shares, representing 16.84% of the Company’s total voting rights.
