Total passenger traffic at Greek ports fell by 1.5% in the fourth quarter of last year compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, while a 4.8% increase was observed when comparing the fourth quarter of 2024 to the fourth quarter of 2023.
Also according to ELSTAT, total cargo throughput in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, increased by 0.1%, while a decrease of 0.8% was observed in the corresponding comparison of the fourth quarter of 2024 to the fourth quarter of 2023.
At the same time, total traffic of mobile units (wheeled vehicles) increased by 1.8%, while a 3.7% increase was observed in the corresponding comparison of the fourth quarter of 2024 to the fourth quarter of 2023.
