The application for the digital submission of administrative appeals by beneficiaries of the 2024 application year settlement payments, as well as the 2025 application year advance payment, is now operational, following the completion of the required audits and payments.
According to the announcement by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR), this procedure applies to farmers and livestock breeders participating in the following programs, as specified in the relevant Ministerial Decisions and Payment Circulars:
- P3-70-1.5: Conservation of endangered indigenous breeds of farm animals.
- P3-70-1.3.2: Application of the mating disruption method for insect pests of crops (Confusion).
- P3-70-2.1: Support for the transition to organic practices and methods (new entrants to organic farming and livestock production).
- P3-70-1.7: Commitments under Action “10.1.04 Reduction of Water Pollution from Agricultural Activity” of the 2014–2022 RDP.
Appeals are submitted through the relevant Information Systems using producers’ personal login credentials on the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), by following this path: Applications > Other Services > Administrative Appeals Regarding Agricultural Support Measures and Interventions, within the following deadlines:
- From June 18, 2026, through July 1, 2026 (10-business-day deadline) for Interventions P3-70.1.3.2 and P3-70-1.7.
- From June 18, 2026, through June 24, 2026 (5-business-day deadline) for Interventions P3-70.1.5 and P3-70.2.1.
Interested parties have access to the detailed tables containing the calculation data for their payments and may file objections to the findings or request the correction of errors in the compliance documents.
At the same time, they must take the necessary steps to correct the data in the corresponding computerized databases, as the findings are reviewed exclusively by computer through cross-checks and are not subject to review by a committee within the framework of the Intervention.
It should be noted that cases involving producers under Intervention P3-70.2.1 who were not paid due to ongoing audits regarding the use of plant protection products or the suspension of approval/accreditation decisions by the Control and Certification Bodies (CCBs), will be reassessed for eligibility based on the updated data from the CCBs.
To facilitate and ensure the proper submission of the appeal, interested parties may consult the relevant user guides posted on the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), by following the path Applications > Other Services > Administrative Appeals Regarding Agricultural Support Measures and Interventions.
