AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG announces that on June 17, 2026, the Company was notified by Supervisory Board member, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos, that on June 16, 2026, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos accepted the Voluntary Public Tender Offer from Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd (“Offeror”) for all 27,114,422 of his shares at a price of 10 euros per share, in fulfillment of his obligation under the Irrevocable Commitment Agreement he has entered into with the Offeror.
