According to the relevant announcement, blood and serum warming machines are critical medical equipment for surgical procedures, blood transfusions, and emergency situations, as they help prevent hypothermia in patients during medical procedures. Their use significantly enhances patient safety and improves clinical outcomes, enabling the hospital to provide high-quality care.
