The Hellenic Sailing Federation and Grivalia announce the launch of the Hellenic RS21 Sailing League powered by Grivalia, a new sporting initiative that capitalizes on the country’s unique natural advantage, Greek waters, to attract athletes and teams from every corner of the globe.
According to the announcement, the Hellenic RS21 Sailing League powered by Grivalia combines top-level competitive sailing, high-quality hospitality, and a modern way of promoting Greece internationally.
The first season includes three regattas in 2026: on June 28–29 and September 5–6 at One&Only; Aesthesis, in the heart of the Athenian Riviera, and a third on October 17–18 at the Hellenic Yacht Club.
The races will be held with six RS21 boats, which are coming to the country for the first time. These are modern four-person keelboats characterized by high performance, easy handling, construction from eco-friendly materials, and the option of an electric motor.
The One&Only Aesthesis, with direct access to the sea and high-end facilities, provides the ideal setting for an event that is not just another regatta, but one that signals Greece’s presence on the global competitive sailing map.
