Premia Properties announces a new strategic investment in the hotel sector, involving a partnership with the AKTI Hotels & Resorts and involves acquiring an equity stake and modernizing the AKTI Group’s hotels in Rhodes and Kos (Akti Imperial, Akti Beach Club, and Akti Palace), with a total capacity of 1,316 rooms. The AKTI Group will continue to operate the hotels.
The final agreement is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, while the total investment, including renovation costs, is estimated to exceed 250 million euros.
The hotels have a total floor area of 85,000 square meters on plots with a combined area of 300 stremmata.
The hotels are located in exceptional seaside locations and have been operating successfully for over 20 years. The renovation plan is expected to be completed by May 2028.
