Allwyn AG announced that, as part of the share buyback program announced on June 4, 2026, the Company acquired a total of 488,273 of its own shares on Euronext Athens during the period from June 17 to 19, 2026, for a total consideration of €6,744,240.76.
The purchases took place at average daily prices ranging from 13.69 to 13.9139 euros.
Following these purchases, the Company holds 34,542,491 treasury shares, representing 4.28% of the Company’s total shares.
