• Mr. Athanasios Kouloutbanis holds a total of 265,000 shares, corresponding to 8.493% of the voting rights, thereby exceeding the 5% threshold.
• Mr. Ioannis Hatzikostas holds a total of 18,543 shares, corresponding to 0.594% of the voting rights, resulting in his falling below the 5% threshold.
