REVOIL S.A. has prepared and published its fifth consecutive Sustainability Report, covering the fiscal year 2025.
In the Report, the Company outlines how it addresses various economic, social, and environmental challenges, as well as the expectations and requirements of its stakeholders. It also outlines the Company’s ESG policies, procedures, strategy, management practices, targets, and programs.
As noted in the relevant announcement, the Company discloses its performance across each sustainability pillar, seeking continuous improvement in its environmental performance, social contribution, and corporate governance. This approach reflects REVOIL’s steadfast commitment to responsible, transparent, and sustainable business operations.
The Report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.
On the occasion of the publication of the fifth Sustainability Report, REVOIL’s CEO, Mr. Evangelos G. Roussos, notes:
“At a time when challenges are intensifying and the demand for sustainable solutions is growing, we remain firmly committed to the principles of sustainability, seeking to create long-term value and strengthen the trust of all those connected to our business.
2025 was a landmark year as we completed the acquisition of Maltese, a historic Greek company with strong expertise in solar water heaters and energy solutions. This strategic move substantially strengthens our position in the clean energy sector and accelerates our transition to a more sustainable business model.
At the same time, the Renewable Energy sector remains our key strategic priority, with photovoltaic projects already in operation and generating power, totaling an installed capacity of 24.44 MW.
