"MEVACO S.A." announces, following the relevant notification submitted to it on June 23, 2026, that the obligated party, namely shareholder Mr. Georgios Gionakis, acquired on May 5, 2026, as a result of inheritance, 92,450 common registered shares with voting rights in the Company, with the result that this shareholder’s percentage exceeded the 5% threshold of the Company’s total voting rights.
As a result of the above acquisition, Georgios Gionakis holds 602,009 common registered shares with voting rights in the Company, corresponding to 5.73% of the Company’s total voting rights (10,500,000 common registered shares with voting rights).
