Allwyn Hellas is opening a new, even more robust chapter in its support of Greek sports by expanding its sponsorship presence among domestic sports federations under the slogan “5 federations, one vision.”During a glamorous evening attended by sports stars and iconic figures from Greek sports, Allwyn announced that it continues to support the Hellenic Gymnastics and Sports Clubs Association (SEGAS), the Hellenic Football Federation (EPO), and the Hellenic Basketball Federation (EOK), while also expanding the family of sports federations it supports by adding the Hellenic Swimming Federation (KOE) and the Hellenic Volleyball Federation (EOPE).
The host for the evening was Giorgos Kapoutzidis, and on stage were members of the federations’ leadership, the national team coaches—including Vasilis Spanoulis and Ivan Jovanović—as well as well-known athletes such as Tasos Bakasetas and Vasilis Toliopoulos.
“This is perhaps the first time that Greece’s five largest sports federations have come together at a single event. For me, this is a true celebration of sports,” said Jan Karas, President and CEO of Allwyn Hellas.
“Sports are in our DNA. We stand by the athletes and national teams during their greatest successes. We’re always there for the fans, offering unique experiences and thrilling moments. We’re building the future of Greek sports, and I’m confident that together we’ll achieve great things. “At Allwyn Hellas, we’re looking forward to the best that’s yet to come, and we’ll devote all our energy to making it happen,” he added.
“We have seen the determination, passion, and drive of the national team athletes to bring new honors to our country. We at Allwyn Hellas, as the largest and longest-standing supporter of Greek sports, are particularly proud and stand by their side. Our partnership goes beyond the narrow confines of a sponsorship. We stand by them because we share the same passion, the same values, and the same vision. We bring society together through sports,” noted Odysseas Christoforou, Deputy CEO of Allwyn Hellas.
