DECA Investments AEDOE (“Deca”), the exclusive manager of Diorama Investments II RAIF, S.C.A. (“Diorama II”), announces that it has completed Diorama II’s sixth investment by acquiring 40% of the existing share capital of Dotsoft Integrated IT Solutions S.A. (“Dotsoft” or the “Company”).
The Company’s majority shareholder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Manos Anastasios, will retain a significant stake and will continue to manage the Company.
Dotsoft S.A. is a rapidly growing IT company with a strong presence in the Greek and international markets and proven experience in implementing complex technology projects. Diorama Investments II RAIF S.C.A. was established in Luxembourg in April 2022 with the aim of acquiring majority or large minority stakes in medium-sized Greek companies. Its investors include international financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, Greek and international institutional investors, and prominent Greek entrepreneurs. It is managed by DECA Investments S.A., which is licensed and regulated by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
Dotsoft’s Announcement to the Stock Exchange
The company under the name “DOTSOFT INTEGRATED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS S.A.” (hereinafter the “Company”), pursuant to Article 16 of the Operating Rules of the EN.A. Growth of Euronext Athens, hereby informs the investing public that on June 24, 2026, it received a notification from DECA INVESTMENTS S.A. (AEDOE), stating that on June 23, 2026, DIORAMA INVESTMENTS II RAIF S.C.A. (hereinafter “Diorama II”) directly acquired 1,248,000 voting shares of the Company, representing 40.00% of the Company’s total share capital and voting rights, thereby exceeding the threshold of one-third (1/3) of the voting rights.
Diorama II is an Alternative Investment Fund based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. It is managed by DECA INVESTMENTS S.A., which exercises, at its discretion, all of the voting rights held by the aforementioned entity in the Company.
